Spot and Spill Warranty

When you select our Value Choice or Deluxe packages, there is a six month spot and spill warranty from the date of service. Spots removed STAY GONE. If we remove a spot and it comes back – so do we. Even a new spot or spill is covered by our guarantee.

When a spill occurs, use your complementary Spotter Guide and "Spot Out" cleaner as directed. This should remove the spot. If the treated carpet becomes stained from water-based or oil-based stains that have occurred during normal household use, and these stains cannot be removed with the free spotter kit we give you at the time of service just call our office at 574-4221 and we will come out and take care of it for you during your specified warranty period.

EXCLUSIONS
1) Carpets used in rental or commercial facilities. 2) Stains caused by: bleach, corrosives, acne medicines, dyes, inks, abuse (vandalism) or disasters such as floods, fire, or other acts of God. 3) Pet or other stains of a repetitive nature. 4) General soiling and traffic way dirt patterns that occur as a result of everyday use are considered normal and are not covered under the spot and spill warranty.

*Any stain that alters the dye of the carpet (i.e. bleach, corrosives, acne medicine, red food dyes, ink, etc) can be permanent and/or require techniques other than a normal cleaning process. Removal attempts for these types of stains are subject to an additional charge.
